This 5 page report discusses one of humanity’s great
mythic questions in reference to various human belief systems and
their interpretation of the divine. When the Christian mindset
of the West, both Catholic and Protestant came in contact with
the spiritual beliefs of Eastern traditions, it determined that
it had a moral duty to save the people of other cultures and
other beliefs from themselves. Different populations pursuing
their own truth and existing within humanity’s search for meaning
have repeatedly disallowed for differences in interpretation of
meaning by other groups and asserted the need for others to
