Evaluating language disorders and learning disabilities is problematic for many educators, especially within the scope of changing student populations. As increasing ethnic diversity becomes a significant component of urban regions, the question of language performance, academic success, learning capabilities and language disorders have all some into play when evaluating the capacity of Hispanic individuals and differentiating between language disorder and language inability.
